Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We strive to ensure your leather goods meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and offer a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our workshop verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
